I have more than 20 years of experience in economic and workforce development. In that time, I have come to the conclusion that effective hard and soft infrastructure is the key to growing a local/regional economy; less marketing of your community and instead making your community more marketable. Currently working on finding the Grand Unification Theory linking effective economic and workforce development strategies that will end poverty as we know it.
