I am a retired Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer and former enlisted nuclear reactor operator. I've got an extensive background in Public Works, Facilities, Utilities, Energy, Construction Contracting and Vehicle Management.
I have been married to the ever lovely Andrea Davis, mother to our four children (Brandon, Colin, Dylan and Drew), best friend and confidant since March 29, 1986. Where my mind tends to the technical, she UNDERSTANDS people and helps me to do so as well, though sometimes I am a bit too stubborn to accept her advice at first. I am improving, though...never too old to learn.
