Graduated from BYU 1971, Medical School UC Irvine 1971-1974, Family Practice Residency 1974-1977, University of Utah Affil Hosp, MD in private practice, Family Medicine, Spanish Fork, UT 1977-present. Still with the Spanish Fork Clinic, Canyon View Medical Group, now senior physician.
