Currently I am a PhD candidate at Design and Analysis of Communication Systems (DACS) group at the University of Twente, the Netherlands, in the field of network security. More precisely, my work targets the investigation of the DDoS-as-a-Service phenomenon, a.k.a. Booters. My Ph.D. research is supported by FLAMINGO, a European Project (ICT-FP7 Network of Excellence) that focus on Network and Service Management. My main topics of interest are network monitoring (packet and flow-based), network security in general, and big data analysis.
