Jean-Jacques Degroof combines experiences in the investment management industry and in academia. His current interests focus on entrepreneurship, innovation management, and local economic development. Specifically, he supports the translation of academic research into innovative venture endeavors. He does this both at the academic level through research and teaching and in practice through coaching, consulting with, and investing in start-up initiatives.
