Jon completed a B.Comm (Majors: Marketing, Small Business & Entrepreneurship, Minor: Psychology) from Saint Mary's University in 2004. After working as a consultant and educator in Asia, Jon returned to Halifax in the non-profit sector managing corporate cause-marketing and grant-funding relationships. His passion for fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environments was further developed in an early-stage dental technology start-up, eventually leading to a more focused role as a business unit manager for an internationally ranked, top tier B2C eCommerce company.
