My name is Jess Carter and I am passionate about inspiring youth. I believe you can either plant a seed of success or plant a seed of failure but either way you are going to make an impact on the lives of the people you touch. I chose the first rather than the latter. One of the best ways to ignite and inspire youth for success is education. I believe in serving those types of students that most people overlook.
