Jennifer Robinson developed a 2008 clothing collection called "Mrs. Peel, We're Needed" that emphasized environmental sustainability and included hidden functional details alluding to espionage. The document presents original sketches alongside final illustrations from the collection to demonstrate her translation of ideas from concept to finished product as well as her communication of information during the creative design process.
2. The following is a representation of the development of my 2008 collection entitled Mrs. Peel, Were Needed. Original sketches are presented beside final details and illustrations. Materials selected were meant to provide an emphasis on environmental sustainability. In addition, hidden details and functional elements were explored to reflect the theme of espionage. These particular illustrations and sketches would be important to any career in the creative/design fields, two areas that I would like to incorporate into my job search. These preliminary items show my ability to translate ideas from two to three dimensions. They also present my knowledge of communicating information in the process of developing creative concepts.
