About
I am a passionate biomedical scientist with interest in viral evolution and drug resistance. My work for the past ten years has been mostly on molecular epidemiology of HIV drug resistance and development of low cost molecular diagnostics. Would like to continue working on leveraging on the technological advances in sequencing and computational sciences to better understand how viruses evolve to escape therapeutic and/or host immune pressure.
