Jan Mennens has over 20 years of process and change management experience. He was responsible for the roll-out of ITIL processes in ICT Operations and the roll-out of new modeling techniques and processes in ICT development. As the business architect of KBC ICT, he was responsible for the process architecture and the set-up of process management.
Since September 1st 2010, he was involved in a large scale transformational change programme in KBC Shared Services and Operations. He coordinated the Lean programme in the shared services and operations divisions of K&H, Hungary and the Group Finance and Group Risk Division in Belgium.
