My wife and I have lived in Knoxville since 2008, but I have lived in East Tennessee since '95. Before Knoxville, I called Chattanooga home and even spent some time in Dayton, TN. For the last eight years, I have worked in a marketing leadership role focusing on strategic branding based on service quality and individual customer satisfaction.
