As an educator, I feel that my greatest assets are my positive attitude and energy that I use to motivate students to believe they can achieve any task. The key to this is believing that if you set the bar slightly higher than a student’s current abilities, then he or she will strive to rise to the occasion. You must have an unwavering faith in your students that stands strong, even on the days they might fall apart and try to pull you with them.
