Has been graduated with honors and awarded the "Gold Medal" at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana in the Master of Science in Public Law. He defended the scientific thesis "Armed Forces, Mission, Organization and constitutional role."
He is continuously focused on scientific research by participating in many international and national conferences in the area. He is the first author of several research publications mainly on the topics: "Some thoughts on obstacles to the exercise lawyer profession, the Albanian case", "Law on Public Procurement and guarantees an effective remedy by businesses", "Lobbying in the EU and Albanian case", "Risk the (non) restricting media freedom...
