If I could create my own job title it would be:
Innovation, Collaboration and Communication Director
Why? Because I'm a 'connect the dots' guy. Because innovation, and communication are what I do best. My strengths are in fixing what's not working and then talking about it -- via the best channel for the story. And then -- the best part -- finding and communicating the commonalities that bring everyone together in the project.
