Joanes was born in Elgoibar (Gipuzkoa) in 1987. Life in the village has made him evolve as a citizen who cares and worries about people around him.
He got into the working world as he was very young, and his career has been growing since then. He has been from cider bottler, to lumberjack. When he was 18, he needed to clear his mind and define where he would like to lead his life to. So, it took him a couple of years to prepare his life and to reflect. In those two years, he got the qualification of Technician of a Higher Degree in the Cuisine Management.
