We are the change we've been waiting for.
I am originally from Bowling Green, Kentucky where my family still lives. I've since lived in Louisville, KY, Hirakata, Japan, Cambridge, MA, Bloomington, IN, and I now live in Columbus, IN. I've been a student and a teacher my entire life. I am now working as an assistant professor of elementary education at IU-Southeast teaching courses on diversity and elementary methods.
I am married to Scott. He has a beautiful daughter, Krystal, who is 15. She lives with us full-time and is a junior in high school (yikes)!
We have two dogs, Chloe "the spoiled" and Sadie "the sweet" (a puggle and Boston Terrier) whom I adore.
