I have been living a holistic lifestyle since my late 20s. Living a holistic lifestyle simply means I maintain my health w/ vitamins, minerals and herbs . Don't use chemicals, exercise daily, eat only organically grown fruits & vegetables, and if eating meat, preferably, grass fed. I have cured many ailments intentionally and unintentionally. My desire and goal is to share with as many as I know how that the body can heal itself if we help it and not give it chemicals.
