I joined Grey Juice Lab's Operations Department to work in their content ingestion process. The challenge: to make it run smooth and eficiently in multiple locations & time zones (yes, we are global!). Isn't that great?
Previously, I led the Operations Department at Wuaki.tv, the best startup of 2012 according to ESADE, from Barcelona we were creating the best and most advanced VOD service to conquer Spain, Europe and the world! I managed a 17 people team and I was in charge of:
- Planning the content ingestion. (Digital Masters, DVD, BR, Aspera, Signiant)
- Managing the budget. (KPI)
- Defining and validating specifications. (Onboarding)
