I have been in Health and Wellness for several years starting in group fitness and then personal trainer. I recently added Cross Fit Level One Trainer to my credits. My gym is a high intensity constantly varied workouts. Everyone can do the workout I modify so all levels can participate. My goal is to be a CrossFit affiliate soon.
