Executive Director Joey G. Pel谩ez is a scion of illustrious public servants from Mindanao, descending from the late Misamis Oriental Governor Gregorio A. Pel谩ez and Former Philippine Vice President Emmanuel Neri Pel谩ez. He spent his college life in Cagayan de Oro City, and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Major in Marketing at the Xavier University in 1990, which bestowed on him the prestigious Most Outstanding Alumnus Award in 2008 during its 75th year celebration.
