Johannes van Bentum (1964) is van origine financieel-economisch journalist en werkte vanaf 1986 achtereenvolgens voor Elsevier Carri猫re, Agrarisch Dagblad en FEM Business, op het laatst als adjunct-hoofdredacteur. Na een kort maar inspirerend avontuur bij het opiniemaandblad Pitch trad hij medio 2006 toe tot de hoofdredactie van de ict-vaktitels Computable en CRN, sinds februari 2010 is hij hoofdredacteur van beide titels.
