My main duties and responsibilities are, • Assigning the tasks and help the team members to resolve their issues, • KT to team members on current as well as existing projects whenever its needed, • Analyzing the Change requests and new project requirements, • Gathering requirements for the project, • Writing use cases, • Writing test cases, • Creating class design whenever its required, • Implementing, • Manual Testing, • Delivery and • Screening the new resources • Handling the project management activities like sending daily time sheet to client, Relying for all support and client emails, Creating new tasks to the team members, Constantly getting status updates from the team...
