Consultant social learning with focus on communities and networks

I am an independent consultant working on the design and facilitation of learning and change processes. I have a passion for exploring and experimenting with social media in support of learning processes, for instance blogs, wikis, social network sites and social bookmarking. I work from the theory of communities of practice and combine this with an understanding of social media. Hence a lot of my work has to do with facilitation of online interaction in organisations, networks and communities.
