Grew up in Liverpool, where I went to school. Met Laura in 6th Form. We both went to uni at Notts Trent to study D&T with Education. Got married in 2003, then started PGCE. Moved to Warrington in 2004 and started teaching in Wigan. Didn't like it much so completed two years, then left to study graphic design at Warrington Collegiate. Finished course in 2008 and started working for a design agency in manchester. Recession hit at the end of 2008 and in 2009 I lost my job. I set up as a freelance designer and did supply teaching to earn some money. Really liked a particular school and asked for a job. Got the job.....
