I'm a country boy from southeast Kansas who attended the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!), fell in love, moved to Kentucky and wound up at the University of Missouri (M-I-Z!) to pursue my Master's and now a PhD in Higher Education. I loved being a voice for queer folk at my undergraduate institution and I now have the great opportunity to channel that energy into my research of the queer college student experience.
