I am a lecturer and researcher at Birmingham City University School of Media, with a particular interest in web & new media, social media, and alternative and independent media. I am the Degree Leader for BA (Hons) Media and Communication (Web and New Media) and I developed the MA Social Media.
Prior to joining BCU, I have eight years in industry running a design agency.
