My objective is to make a difference by changing people's views, or helping others to get a better understanding. Nothing is so frustrating as failing communications. The greatest problem with communications is the assumption it has taken place.
I would say that I'm people-focused, and a broad thinker. I like to create meaningful connections, and take multiple perspectives, championing the people we want to reach. I prefer to organize things properly, and want to be pro-active rather than reactive, as I believe that good preparation allows for improvisation.
