Started IT career (1982) in the IT department of multi-national Philips, headquartered in Netherlands. Worked as an AS/400 Project Manager and AS/400 Consultant for a number of IT companies. Work as an independent IBM i (aka AS/400) Consultant from year 2000. Mostly worked on IBM mid-range machines (System/34, System/36, AS/400, iSeries, System i, IBM i). Also worked on IBM Mainframe (1988-89).
Recently lead an IBM i Modernization POC prototype team. The prototype has a browser interface; used AngularJS, Bootstrap, PHP, SQL, RPGLE. It demonstrates conversion of traditional architecture to MVC pattern.
