Josia has 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry; managing greenfield and brownfield oil and gas development projects all over Indonesia from front end design to the execute stages. He has a very good understanding on appraise-select-execute stage of projects and possess technical knowledge on surface production facility design and construction. He considers himself a generalist, competitive, goal driven person who will be studying for his masters in the near future.
