Adv.Joy Cheeran has begun his career as a part-time lecturer in 1994 at a private college. In 1994 he became a vice president cum lecturer at the co-operative arts college ( a semi-government institution- guruvayoor, thrissur). meanwhile he was trained in Soft Skills by a group of foreigners ( Mr. David Funk from Ohio, U S.,Prof. Trever Hokpin from London, UK. and Mr. Neptune from US) which led him launching of Cheeran`s Soft Skill Academy at Guruvayoor onSep. 15, 2006. On July 2001 he has been enrolled as a Lawyer, since then practising at Chavakkad Bar. On september 2005 he was elected as a local body member and served as a education committee chairman until 2010.
