I have a dual career. I'm an Executive Coach/Professional Development trainer, but also work as Head of Business Development for Jisc Digital Resources. My latter role gives me an invaluable perspective on the issues facing today鈥檚 organisations and people, as I lead on major change management initiatives, product management and strategy development, and business development.
I also deliver coaching training and professional development workshops on topics such as coping with change, dealing with workplace conflict, fostering positive organisational culture and values, and achieving a work/life balance.
