We recently constructed a Code 5 house as a test bed for our steel frame building system. Once the steel frame was properly wrapped in insulation all cold bridges were eliminated ensuring high performance of the whole structure. No cold bridges means no condensation as steel will conduct faster than any other building material. This also ensures a lifetime home from us as condensation causes huge problems in buildings in general. Add to this we made sure that sound and fire resistance is of the highest standard.
