I am a researcher and analyst with over 20 years experience conducting quantitative and qualitative, mixed-methods, applied and basic research. I am a Senior Research Analyst with the EDUCAUSE Center for Analysis and Research (ECAR), a team that conducts research on and provides benchmarking services to institutions of higher ed, and produces business intelligence to provide value to the organization’s membership.
