Since 2002 working in GIS Technologies as Project Manager, Technology Consultant, Software Architect, Analyst and Developer. Since 2011 as Scrum Master, I also manage the work of the development team (6 people) in a multiproject environment. Expert in Web Geoportal projects (SDI, Spatial Data Infrastructures) in compliance with INSPIRE and OGC Standarts. As project manager I am trying to manage projects from an agile management model using SCRUM and applying my experience as analyst and developer, and my training as PMP certified. Member of “Arquitectura, Normas y Servicios en Red” Technical Working Group at Spanish SDI (IDEE).
