I am a Husband, Father, Christian, Personal Chef, and Retired Firefighter / Paramedic. I was born in Havana, Cuba and grew up in South Florida. I have been married to my best friend Mary for going on 25 years. I have two incredible kids, Gregory and Kelly.
After 28 years as a Firefighter / Paramedic for the City of Deerfield Beach Florida, I decided to follow my passion for all things culinary and made my dreams come true by graduating Magna Cum Laude from The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
I then went on to further my chef education with the American Personal & Private Chef Association APPCA.
