I have developed a sports program that uses a modified, low-risk form of boxing as a vehicle to assist with the personal growth and development of people from various backgrounds.
The program is aimed at encouraging community engagement by actively fostering the participation of whole families and the involvement of friendship groups.
The program supports a 鈥榮ports-for-all鈥� concept and strives to be a place of belonging for everyone while providing a sense of purpose for the training.
I am confident my role with Boxing Australia will assist with the implementation and rollout of this program.
