After graduating from UNCG, I served with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Mexico for 13 years and in the Atlanta area for 5 years. I then moved back to Sanford (and the house I grew up in) and taught 5th grade at Lee Christian School for 2 years. In 2003 I started work at UNC Healthcare in Chapel Hill, NC. That employment ended in June of 2911. I am currently working for a law firm in Sanford. In 2007 I married the guy who had moved in next door. We have one dog (Gusty - named for St Augustine) and one cat (Gideon - a "mighty cat of valor").
