Juliet Thomas, the Founder President, carries a passion to see women transformed and developed. She pioneered the Women’s Department in Evangelical Fellowship of India, from 1983-87. She also pioneered the Women’s prayer movement in Operation Mobilisation India from 1988 (March)-2005 (March). She became the Founder Director of Arpana Women’s Ministries, which is a national vibrant network today.
