Karina wears many hats at Kallpachay, the company she co-created in the spring of 2012. Developing all the Kallpachay courses and designing the curriculum keeps her very busy. Karina鈥檚 passion for educating shines through every aspect of the business.
Karina came to the US to study Anthropological Archaeology and Latin American Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. Initially Karina dreamed of being an archaeologist, a dream that took her to explore and discover many different cultures and visit several countries throughout Central and South America. It was through traveling that she discovered her interest for world cuisine and photography.
