Dr. Whiteman, MSW, PhD has extensive experience in management and organizational issues in behavioral healthcare systems, including program evaluation including needs evaluation, process evaluation, and outcomes evaluation; quality assurance measurement and analysis; and development and implementation of programs and services for integrated care. She has served as an international expert in behavioral health care for older adults for CARF International. Dr. Whiteman collaborates with a community of scholars nationally recognized for health policy and services research. She presents regularly at the largest and well-known conferences in the field of behavioral health care.
