I am an independent education consultant with over twenty five years experience in education program planning, management, monitoring and evaluation. I have worked with a range of development agencies (AusAID, UNDP, UNICEF, UNCDF, South Pacific Forum, other) in Asia, Africa and the Pacific.
My primary professional interest: is in supporting the realisation of quality basic education for all, with particular concern for vulnerable children (especially girls) - ensuring responsiveness to context and cultural relevance. My work is founded on a Human-Rights-based Approach, guided by 鈥榓id effectiveness鈥� principles, compliant with international standards and actively participatory.
