My first job as a 13 year old was working as a receptionist/cashier for a beauty salon. I started the early morning eager and ready to motivate the group of beauticians to exceed their earnings from the previous week. I would inform them of their progress twice a day and celebrate their accomplishments.
Since that day, I have never stopped focusing on empowering, impacting and influencing individuals and organizations toward a win-win strategy.
