After operating my own career services and executive branding business full-time for the past five years, I decided to return to human resources full-time. I was thrilled to join Rainbow Municipal Water District as the Human Resources Manager in May 2016. As a member of the District’s senior management team, I plan, direct, and oversee the human resources, labor relations, risk management, employee safety, worker’s compensation, and property and liability insurance programs.
