In a nutshell, I work as a hybrid UX designer and researcher. I conduct user-based research that informs the UX designs that I create, then run usability studies to test and refine the experience.
My entire career has been in User Experience (UX) and Usability with applied experience across a wide range of products, industries, and technologies. I lead strategic processes of discovery, design and evaluation to ensure optimal experiences for users that meet their needs and fulfill the goals and desired outcomes of the business. I collaborate with management, marketing, and development teams to facilitate cooperation, communication and feasibility of implementation.
