I'm Kate. Kathleen, officially, and Katie, sometimes. I grew up on a farm in central Indiana. I like animals and music and books and being outside doing stuff. And after all of that I like a good sleep. I'm married to my best friend and soul mate Mike, whose happiness is my happiness. We have two cats because a dog in the city isn't fair to the dog and live in a downtown Chicago neighborhood called Printers Row. At work, I do my best to manage slightly controlled chaos while keeping as many people happy as possible. In between that and sleep, I like doing pretty much anything and everything, as long as its with family and friends.
