With over 19 years of real time learning, I had tried and understood most of the nitty-gritty of planning a mine.
Started from planning of a lignite mine, mentored initially by a notorious ex-chairman of NLC and then by a person who was fondly called as the lion of Lignite by the mining community of Gujarat, I had been part of planning team and involved in planning of atleast six Lignite mines in Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Rajastan.
