I currently live in Sandusky, Ohio. I have spent a significant amount of time working on my doctorate degree and graduated with a PhD in Organizational Management in March 2012. I am working to build a training and development company which will be dedicated to leadership development, emotional intelligence, diversity, and other areas that will help organizations and individual people succeed.
I am an active member of Toastmasters and enjoy mentoring others in the organization. One of my favorite things about Toastmasters has to be the contests. I love competing in the contests twice a year and have been fortunate enough to take home multiple wins! This takes a lot of work 鈥� but,
