Dr. Kevin R Carman is the Dean, DAU West Region. From April 2009 to August 2013, he was the Chair, PM & Executive Development since April 2009. Prior to returning to DAU West, Kevin was the Raytheon Senior Subcontracts PM for the USMC CAC2S, July 2006 to April 2008 and served as the Dean, Raytheon Program Leader School, Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts from April 2008 to April 2009.
