I am working as an Executive - Human Resources in the Construction Group of Larsen & Toubro. I am assisting the activities of Sourcing, Manpower Planning & allocation, Shortlisting of profiles, Organizing interviews, scheduling walk-ins & conducting pooled campus drives, campus selection of trainee categories co-ordinating with colleges, Processing offer letters, Negotiating salary packages, facilitating their PEMC & Joining formalities updation of employee records, employee benefits and compensation.
