He started to work at the Ministry of Health. He accomplished the undergraduate, graduate and doctorate programs at the University of Ankara. During this time he worked in various positions as well as senior management at a variety of health care institutions. He has actively worked as a trainer and consultant in theoretical quality processes since 1993.
He is holder of International IRCA certified Auditor certificates for ISO 9001/14001/18001 and 13485: 2003.
